Warehouse Operation Electronization

  • 　The system processes the supplier's inbound operation and integrates information like the purchase order from the ERP system. After acceptance, barcode and batch number label is printed according to the recieved content and quantity. The system instructs the operator to perform the loading operation according to the storing principle. 　　
    　According to the ERP work order, the operator can use the PDA or tablet equipment to pick up the goods and the system promptly debits the ERP to effectively speed up the work efficiency of the work order and picking, avoiding the paperwork, mistakes and the waste of time. 　　
    　When the work order is completed or the picking is completed, the inbound and outbound procedures are carried out. The CARCH WMS system uses the barcode reading method to carry out the shipping and debiting procedures, and returns feedback to the ERP system simultaneously. Then print out palletor box number label for barcode reading.
